Terms & Conditions

P2G Yazılım Limited Company (“Company”, “we”, “us”) sets out the following terms for the services provided via gamezumba.com. Please read carefully.

1. Definitions

Company/We: P2G Yazılım Limited Company (Turkey).
Website: gamezumba.com and its sub-domains.
Services: Online sale of digital game keys and related content, and support services.
User/You: Any natural or legal person who visits the Website or makes a purchase.

2. Formation of Contract & Acceptance

Your access to or purchase on the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. An order you place becomes a binding contract when your payment is authorized and confirmed by us.

3. Age & Capacity

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to create an account and make purchases. Minors may not use the Services without the express consent and supervision of a legal guardian.

4. Account, Security & Conduct

  • You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and ordering.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials; all activities under your account are your responsibility.
  • Abuse is prohibited (cheating tools, bots, code tampering, bypassing platform restrictions, unlawful use, etc.).

5. Products, Region Locks & EULA

  • Products are digital content (activation keys/codes). Unless expressly stated otherwise, no physical shipment is made.
  • Some keys may be region-locked. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with region/compatibility notices on product pages.
  • All products are subject to the publisher’s/developer’s End-User License Agreement (EULA). You must comply with the applicable EULA.

6. Pricing, Errors & Mispricing

  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • In case of obvious typographical/technical errors (including mispricing), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.
  • Taxes, commissions, exchange rates and payment-processor fees may affect the final amount payable.

7. Orders, Payments & Anti-Fraud

  • Orders are processed once payment is authorized. We may request additional verification due to security checks.
  • For suspected fraud, unauthorized payment instruments or chargeback abuse, the order may be cancelled and the account restricted.
  • We may require identity/payment verification (KYC) where necessary.

8. Delivery (Digital Goods)

  • Product keys are generally delivered immediately after payment approval; in certain cases, additional checks may cause delays.
  • Delivery is made via your account dashboard and/or by email. Please also check junk/spam folders.

9. Returns, Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

Due to the nature of digital content, once an activation key has been delivered, returns and cancellations are not possible. If a key does not work, contact us promptly; after investigation, a replacement key or an alternative solution may be provided.

Under the applicable Turkish distance sales rules for digital content, your right of withdrawal may not apply once the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium has begun with your express consent.

10. Resale, Non-Transfer & License

  • Keys provided to you are for personal use only; they may not be transferred, rented, sublicensed or resold to third parties.
  • “Gifting” or similar features may be used only where explicitly supported and stated on the product page.

11. Support & Service Level

We aim to respond to support requests within 24 hours. During public holidays and peak periods, responses may roll over to the next business day. Contact: support@gamezumba.com

12. Maintenance, Updates & Downtime

The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled/unscheduled maintenance or third-party infrastructure issues. We are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from such interruptions.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of profit, data loss or business interruption). Activation platforms (e.g., Steam, Ubisoft Connect) are third-party services; access/account issues thereunder are the responsibility of those platforms.

14. Force Majeure

Events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, fire, flood, war, terrorism, strikes/lockouts, widespread infrastructure or internet outages, payment-processor failures, supplier issues and similar events) constitute force majeure. Our obligations are suspended for the duration of such events and no liability arises.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated provisions take effect when published. Users are expected to review the current version periodically.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

17. Personal Data & Privacy

Your personal data are processed in accordance with applicable law (including Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 – KVKK). See our Privacy Policy for details.
