1. Refund Before Key is Revealed
You may request a full or partial refund as long as the game key has not been revealed. Such requests must be made within 7 days from the order confirmation date.
2. EU Data Protection and Right of Withdrawal
If you are located within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, once a download has started, the key has been revealed, or the game has been activated, this right no longer applies.
3. System Requirements and Purchase Responsibility
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure their system meets the technical requirements of the purchased game. Refunds will not be granted for failing to meet these requirements.
4. Case-by-Case Assessment
Refund requests are subject to the store’s discretion and evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In certain cases, store credit may be offered instead of a refund.
5. Preload and Pre-release Period
Refund requests made within 48 hours before the release date or preload start are not valid.
6. PayPal and Payment Method Limitations
Refund requests for PayPal payments cannot exceed 120 days. For other payment methods, the standard 7-day/14-day rules apply.

If you encounter technical issues with a game key (e.g., “key not working”), please contact our support team. We will investigate and, if necessary, provide a replacement key.
